image and design
You want images and designs that grab the eye and linger in the mind.
Our artists produce illustrations and photos for magazines, DVD / CD covers, banners, posters, and books. Generic images from libraries are seldom a match for a bespoke image that really gets to the heart of what you want to say.
Case study: At the start of 2010 we took over the art design of Challenge magazine, the quarterly publication of the Green Liberal Democrats, essential
reading for Ministers, MPs, MEPs, councillors, and party members up and down the country.
We transformed the magazine from black and white to full colour, and completely restructured the content, typefaces, and layout. Early in 2011 we were invited to take on the editorial role. We have edited and designed the magazine ever since.
As part of our work for the Covenant of Mayors, we designed and produced a set of cycle jerseys to broaden the corporate branding of the organisation
In our role of Offical Artist for the Covenant of Mayors, the pan-European organisation representing 3500 cities commited to taking practical action to tackle carbon emissions, we knew it was vital to create a visible branding that would be seen out in the streets in the signatory cities. This was particularly important when we sat down to produce the scripts for the series of short films we shot around Europe.
We decided on cycle jerseys because, of course, cycling is a sustainable form of transport, The jerseys also convey the energy and momentum of the organisation.
